Appointment Policy

 

You do not need an appointment to be seen.  To assist our staff and doctors to be better prepared, please call 832-593-8387 (VETS) to advise us of your arrival.


Payment Policy

Due to the nature of our business we require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks. A deposit will be required for hospitalized patients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

 


Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
